Floor Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day floor operations and ensure smooth activity flow.
• Assist members, guests, and staff with inquiries and concerns.
• Coordinate with coaches and trainers on scheduled programs.
• Monitor equipment, supplies, and facility readiness.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in facility coordination, operations, or customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Interest in sports, fitness, or recreation is an advantage.
