We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Cleaner/Janitor to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office.

The Office Cleaner/Janitor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness of the office premises. The role ensures a safe, clean, and comfortable working environment for all employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize office spaces, including floors, workstations, restrooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum office areas regularly.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment; report when restocking is needed.
• Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and hygienic.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.
• Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the Facilities Manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in office cleaning or janitorial services is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and proper cleaning techniques.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Work details:

• Monday to Friday: 5AM to 2PM; with possible additional hours as needed.
• Saturday (on-call only)
• Office-based, may involve occasional lifting and manual work.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Pay: Php15, Php15,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
