Position: Prefab Container Installer

Location: On-site Cebu

Employment Type: Full-time

Overview

The Prefab Container Installer is responsible for the assembly, installation, modification, and finishing of prefab container units for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. The installer ensures that all work is performed safely, accurately, and in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and assemble prefab container units (20ft/40ft and wide series).
  • Fabricate and install interior fixtures, flooring, wall panels, doors, windows, and roofing.
  • Assist in electrical and plumbing routing preparation (if required).
  • Conduct site preparation including leveling and placement of container supports.
  • Perform minor welding, cutting, grinding, and metal works when needed.
  • Seal and waterproof assembled structures to ensure weather tightness.
  • Install gutters, insulation, ceiling panels, and other required materials.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure alignment, proper leveling, and finish quality.
  • Load, unload, move, and position containers using tools/equipment safely.
  • Report material requirements, progress, and issues to the supervisor.
  • Follow safety protocols and use PPE at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.

Qualifications

  • At least 1–2 years experience in construction, carpentry, metal fabrication, or related field.
  • Experience with prefab, modular, and container installation is a PLUS.
  • Basic carpentry and metal works (cutting, grinding, drilling).
  • Physically fit and able to carry heavy materials.
  • Knowledge in power tools and hand tools.
  • Able to read basic drawings and follow installation instructions.
  • Willing to travel to multiple sites.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
  • Team player, responsible, and punctual
