GREEN ASIA CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT CORP. is a client-focused construction organization providing multi-disciplinary construction services over a range of building and infrastructure market sectors.

AS TO ELIGIBILITIES, GACDC is ISO certified by International Standards Certifications Philippines, Inc. and was granted Triple A LICENSE by the PHIL. CONTRACTORS ACCREDITATION BOARD IN 1992.

We are looking for a competent and dedicated Accounting personnel who shall be responsible for maintaining financial procedures and confirming financial compliance through preparation of a company's reports and statements. The qualified applicant will usually report to the Chief Accountant.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Review financial statements for accuracy and legal compliance
  • Prepare and file tax returns
  • Enter accounting related information into business logs
  • Inspect account books for efficiency and accuracy
  • Organize and update financial records
  • Recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue
  • Perform monthly bank settlements
  • Prepare documentation for external auditors

Requirements and Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a relevant field

· Minimum of 2 – 3 years' experience in handling accounting workloads

· With considerable corporate and personal tax experience

· Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases

· Expertise working with Quickbooks and financial statements

· Consistent, accurate, and thorough, with an eye for details

· Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal

· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

· Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
