The opportunity

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team at Corporate Visions Inc. in Talisay City, Cebu. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members for resolution
  • Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
