• Job Description: To do time study on the ticket answering of SCM analysts and understand if the current headcount is enough compared to the number of tickets and workloads the team is doing. To update the SCM Customer Delivery sharepoint to have easy access to the system links and other training information related to SCM tasks.
• Responsibilities: Do a time study on the ticket answering and the other task the SCM analysts are doing. Create a proposal on how many head counts are needed for ticket answering and provide recommendations on how to improve the ticket answering.   Update the SCM Customer Delivery sharepoint with links to access all relevant systems SCM Analysts would need for their day to day job.  
• Minimum Qualifications: Has good knowledge in Microsoft office and has attention to details.
• Preferred Qualifications: Has understanding and already done with Motion and Time Study subject. Has knowledge in web design.
• Education: Industrial Engineering Student
