IT Manager

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

· 3 years and above experience

· Technological Platforms, Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, Programming

Knowledge

· IT service management (ITIL v4), incident/problem/change, CMDB

· Core infrastructure: LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, NAT, Wi-Fi, AD/Azure AD/Entra ID

· Cloud platforms: AWS/Azure/GCP (networking, IAM, cost management, backup/DR)

· Cybersecurity basics: ISO 27001/NIST CSF, patching, endpoint protection, MFA/SSO, DLP

· End-user platforms: Windows/macOS, MDM (Intune/Jamf), Office 365/Google Workspace

· DevOps/IaC fundamentals: CI/CD, Git, scripting, Terraform/ARM, container concepts

· Data protection & resilience: backups, DR/BCP, RPO/RTO, logging/observability

· Vendor/SaaS & licensing models, IT asset & software asset management (ITAM/SAM)

Skills

· Project/portfolio management, road mapping, prioritization, delivery to scope/schedule

· People leadership: coaching, performance management, hiring, delegation

· Incident/problem management, RCA, post-mortems, MTTR reduction

· Budgeting & cost optimization (FinOps), forecasting, chargeback/show back

· Vendor evaluation, negotiation, contract/SLA management

· Automation & scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python); task orchestration

· Documentation & diagramming (SOPs, runbooks, )
