• Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement process improvements, which may involve process certification and installing new manufacturing equipment
• Ensure products can be manufactured reliably and perform consistently in specified operating environments
• Manage projects using engineering principles and techniques
• Maintain manufacturing process documentation, including technical reports and process specifications
• Knowledgeable in Problem Solving Methodology
• IPC certification is an advantage
• Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.

Qualifications

• Engineering Degree Course or Related
• Minimum of 1yr to 3 years experience in absence of degree.
• Knowledgeable in Manufacturing Assembly Processes, Process sheets, work instructions creation, or assembly manuals
• Understanding of materials & tolerances of components and assemblies
• Proficient in Project management and excellent presentation skills
• Continuous Improvement of manufacturing process through structured problem solving
• Proficient on the tools & techniques required for the job including Lean Application, Process Certification, Total Quality Management
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year.
• Must not be under Performance Improvement Plan.
• With at least a year in his/her current position.
