About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing & Social Media Specialist to help promote our products and services through social media management, content creation, paid and organic campaigns, SEO, and digital analytics.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In person (onsite)

Required Experience & Qualifications:

·Minimum of 1 year experience in digital marketing.

Minimum of 1 year experience in content creation.

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

· Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), social media platforms, Google Ads, and website management.

· Highly organized, creative, independent, and detail-oriented, with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Successful candidates for this role are expected to possess the following attributes:

· Ability to work onsite.

· Capable of completing projects efficiently and on schedule.

· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

· Extremely detail-oriented.

· Strong problem-solving and information-processing skills.

· A solid work ethic with a desire to learn and grow within the role.

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

· Proven experience in successfully executing marketing programs, including direct mail and email campaigns, field events, and social media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising channels, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business objectives.

· Manage social media accounts, including content calendar planning, post creation, scheduling, engagement monitoring, and responding to messages.

· Produce engaging content such as posts, videos, and stories to increase brand awareness.

· Design marketing materials including flyers, banners, digital signage, and promotional assets for both online and in-store use.

· Network and collaborate with social media influencers and content creators across various platforms to amplify brand reach and engagement.

· Use HubSpot CRM for lead management, nurturing campaigns, and documentation of interactions following outreach protocols.

· Conduct calls with new and existing leads, qualifying prospects and guiding them through the sales process.

· Monitor and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, SEO tools, and HubSpot CRM, providing actionable insights to management.

· Collaborate with other departments to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.

· Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php28,000.00 per month
