JOB QUALIFICATION:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Must be a Registered Nurse, with up to date license.
- Open for fresh graduates.
- 1 year nursing work experience either in clinic / hospital based or industrial setting is advantage.
- With good judgment and decision making
- Adequate in oral and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in MS Office applications
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and inspect any health or safety aspect of the operations with the participation of all employees
- Coordinate health and safety programs of the company
- Maintain accident record system
- Provide assistance to government agencies during safety and health inspections
- Ensure the treatment and lactation room facilities and equipment are well maintained.
- Manage inventories of medicines, medical and safety supplies
- Acts as a backup for certain duties of HR.
- Monitor medical card, insurance card, and Annual Physical exam.
- Monitor pre-employment and employment health checks.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by management
