Job Summary

The Infra. Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions that align with the companys strategic goals. This role requires expertise in Change LifeCycle Management Incident Management and Service Desk operations with a focus on Service Now and Windows environments. The candidate will work in a hybrid model ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of IT services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with company objectives and industry standards.
• Oversee the Change LifeCycle Management process ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions to services.
• Manage Incident Management processes to quickly resolve issues and maintain high levels of service availability.
• Provide expert guidance on Service Desk operations ensuring effective support and resolution of user issues.
• Utilize Service Now to streamline IT service management and improve workflow efficiency.
• Ensure Windows environments are optimized for performance and security adhering to best practices.
• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures to support ongoing operations.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address infrastructure needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead initiatives to integrate new technologies and solutions into existing infrastructure driving innovation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards maintaining a secure and compliant IT environment.
• Provide training and support to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in Change LifeCycle Management with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Demonstrate expertise in Incident Management with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
• Have extensive experience with Service Desk operations ensuring high levels of user satisfaction.
• Be proficient in using Service Now to manage IT services and improve operational efficiency.
• Have a deep understanding of Windows environments with the ability to optimize performance and security.
