Asia Brewery, Inc. (ABI), established on January 27, 1982, by Lucio Tan, aims to provide high-quality beverages at affordable prices to Filipino consumers. The ABI Cabuyao plant, situated 45 kilometers southeast of Manila, is one of the largest and most modern integrated manufacturing plants in Southeast Asia, with an annual beer production capacity of 4 million hectoliters. The complex includes a fully automated glass plant, plastic crate manufacturing plant, corrugated carton plant, power generating plant, wastewater treatment plant, and a bottled water production facility. ABI's bottling and packaging plants service some of the largest food and beverage companies in the country.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an R&D/Regulatory Specialist located in Calabarzon, Philippines. The R&D/Regulatory Specialist will be responsible for conducting and overseeing research and development projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, performing laboratory tests, analyzing data, and preparing technical reports. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and improve existing products while ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong Research and Development (R&D) and Laboratory Skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skills and proficiency in data analysis techniques
  • Effective Communication Skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience in conducting research and preparing technical reports
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Experience in the beverage or food industry is a plus
