Job Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and manage all civil engineering works for the power plant project.
  • Oversee daily site operations to ensure compliance with plans, quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project implementation.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and progress reports.
  • Review and approve construction drawings, technical reports, and cost estimates.
  • Manage proper allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials on-site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve engineering or construction issues.
  • Implement risk management strategies, safety measures, and quality control systems.
  • Provide strong leadership to the project team and maintain good stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (required).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management (preferably power plant or industrial projects).
  • Strong background in construction methods, project scheduling, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willing to be assigned full-time on-site in Mauban, Quezon Province.
