We are looking for a dedicated Sendout Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring buyer documents, ensuring compliance with housing loan requirements, and supporting clients throughout the loan application process.
Key Responsibilities:
● Monitor unit inventory, including unit prices and status.
● Facilitate Financial Literacy Seminar to buyers.
● Evaluate buyer folders and conduct interviews in accordance with Pag-IBIG and bank housing loan procedures.
● Ensure completeness and accuracy of buyer documents and requirements.
● Other functions may be assigned.
Qualifications:
● Graduate of any four (4) years course.
● Preferably with experience in the real estate industry.
● Proficienct in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
● Good written and verbal communication skills.
● With a pleasing personality.
