
Junior Hubspot Developer

We are seeking a proactive Junior HubSpot Consultant/Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and custom development on the HubSpot platform. In this role, you will manage and enhance our HubSpot ecosystem across multiple business functions, ensuring it is optimized, automated, and aligned with business goals.
Working Hours: Flexible (with some overlap with US/UK time zones preferred)
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Platform Management
Administer all aspects of HubSpot including user roles, permissions, views, and object settings.- Customize and maintain CRM properties, pipelines, sequences, templates, and dashboards.- Implement scalable workflows, lists, scoring models, and integrations tailored to business needs.
Automation & Workflow Optimization
Build and optimize HubSpot workflows for lead nurturing, lifecycle stages, task creation, alerts, and deal progression.- Automate marketing and sales operations including emails, form responses, lead assignments, and campaign triggers.- Ensure minimal tech debt through clean, modular, and reusable automation logic.
Custom Development & Integration
Build custom modules using HubSpot CMS (HubL, HTML, CSS, JS).- Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools using APIs, webhooks, and middleware (e.g., Zapier, Make, Workato).- Collaborate with developers and data engineers to ensure end-to-end system cohesion and data consistency.
Data Quality & CRM Governance
Maintain and improve data hygiene via deduplication, segmentation, property management, and clean-up processes.- Own contact and company import/export, syncs with external platforms, and structured data mapping.- Define and enforce CRM usage standards and best practices across global teams.
Reporting & Analytics
Create performance dashboards and reports for marketing attribution, lead conversion, pipeline velocity, and campaign ROI.- Collaborate with GTM and analytics teams to deliver actionable insights through data storytelling.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Translate business needs into HubSpot configurations with minimal technical complexity.- Act as the functional SME for all things HubSpot — from campaign execution to CRM structure.- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve customer journeys and lifecycle marketing.
Training & Documentation
Develop HubSpot usage guides, onboarding documentation, and internal process SOPs.- Conduct training sessions for users and stakeholders to ensure successful platform adoption.- Stay ahead of HubSpot releases, and evangelize new features across teams.Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience working with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub in B2B/B2C environments
- Strong grasp of HubSpot automation, data structures, lead scoring, campaign workflows, and reporting
- Experience with HubSpot CMS (custom modules, HubL, templates, etc.) and front-end development basics
- Familiarity with API-based integrations and syncing HubSpot with external systems (e.g.,Salesforce, ERP, Ad Platforms)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business goals into functional HubSpot architecture
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot CMS, HubSpot Sales Software) strongly preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience working in agile sprint cycles and with project management tools (e.g., JIRA,Asana)
