General Job Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.

Experience/Training: 1-2 years of experience in a document control or quality compliance role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with DOH Licensing, Philhealth policies, JCI and other hospital accreditation.
  • Proficient in document control software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
