About the Role

Rakugaki Central is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Online Store Staff to support operations across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone organized, efficient, and eager to grow with the company. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations, order fulfillment, and inventory management.

We are also looking for someone who can assist in building our social media presence, is comfortable being on camera, and can help create basic social media content when needed.


Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and prepare online orders for shipping
  • Update order statuses and coordinate with couriers as needed
  • Receive, label, and restock incoming inventory
  • Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies immediately
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in packing and storage areas
  • Assist with basic administrative or customer-related tasks when required
  • Train and supervise seasonal or temporary staff during peak (BER month) periods
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding product sources, pricing, and internal business information
  • Assist in creating social media content (e.g., packing videos, product showcases)
  • Appear on camera for short videos when necessary
  • Collaborate with the social media team for content ideas

Qualifications
  • Female, 18–23 years old
  • At least a high school graduate
  • Honest, dependable, and attentive to detail
  • Willing to learn and follow standard procedures
  • Physically able to lift and move light to moderate items
  • Comfortable using smartphones and basic apps for order tracking
  • Willing to appear on camera
  • Energetic, outgoing, and confident
  • Must be willing to work strictly onsite and be punctual
Preferred (Not Required):
  • Experience in online selling platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada)
  • Basic experience in taking photos or short videos
  • Familiar with trends or simple editing apps (CapCut, Canva)
