Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with family groups, creators, and potential community partners to build a vibrant and sustainable in-app content ecosystem.

  2. Create and Plan online marketing/content events to enhance creator participation, user engagement and retention.

  3. Use Ops backstage system to set up and launch in-app events and promote events by explaining benefits and rules effectively to target users.

  4. Collect and analyze event data, evaluate event outcomes and generate insight reports.

Skills and Competencies

  1. Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

  2. Excellent communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain event rules, benefits, and guidelines to stakeholders.

  3. Creative problem solver: Proficiency in productivity and design tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Google Sheets).

  4. Adaptability: Able to learn on the fly, multitask in a dynamic environment and embrace new challenges.

  5. Detail-oriented: High level of accuracy in data entry, reporting and record-keeping.
