We are looking for a Rotation Officer or Dispatch Offer for Port to oversee and coordinate port operations efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage cargo handling, vessel schedules, and operational logistics. This role involves a shifting schedule to ensure smooth 24/7 port operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily port operations, including vessel movements, loading/unloading, and cargo handling.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and port regulations.
  • Monitor schedules and operational timelines to avoid delays.
  • Communicate with shipping agents, logistics teams, and port personnel.
  • Address operational challenges and provide quick solutions.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to port activities.
  • Ensure proper workforce deployment during assigned shifts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marine Transportation, Logistics, Port Management, or a related field. or More than 2 years experience as Rotation Officer in the Port Industry or as Dispatch Officer in other fiel

At least 3-5 years of experience in port operations, logistics, manpower dispatch or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of port regulations, cargo handling, and maritime operations or other industry with manpower deployments.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Willing to work on a rotational shift schedule to cover 24/7 operations.
