JOB SCOPE:
- Supervise and monitor the work performance of Caddies.
- Support the Caddie Master in developing the work roster.
- Prepare and present reports on the performance and productivity of the Caddies.
- Offers advise to Golfers on the course layout or conditions as they play on the course.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 2 years' work experience as a Caddie.
- Good customer service skills.
- Understanding the Rules of Golf, Handicapping Systems, and Golf Tournament formats.
