Job description

We are looking for reliable and organized individuals to join our restaurant team as Stockman during the peak/seasonal period. The Stockman is responsible for receiving, organizing, and maintaining kitchen and stockroom supplies, ensuring that all items are properly stored, tracked, and available for use when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Organize and store food, beverages, and kitchen supplies properly.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
  • Rotate stock to ensure proper inventory flow (FIFO method).
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in storage, pantry, and stockroom areas.
  • Assist kitchen staff by providing needed ingredients or supplies.
  • Dispose of expired or spoiled items according to safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience in inventory or stock handling is an advantage but not required.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Responsible, honest, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of food storage and handling standards is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
