OVERVIEW
The Senior Project Engineer- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firepro and Sanitary (MEPFs) leads and manage the execution of MEPFs works from inception to completion ensuring alignment with approved documents, quality standards, budget, and schedule. Manages multiple MEPFs scopes, provides technical oversight, and facilitates coordination among consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure that design intent, technical accuracy, regulatory compliance and project goals are achieved.
Area of Responsibilities
*SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT:
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, FirePro and Sanitary (MEPFs) scope, including monitoring progress, identifying, escalating & resolving any potential schedule adjustments or changes in order to ensure that the project timeline, procurement schedule, and overall construction program remain aligned with the approved schedule and milestones.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT:
Responsible for executing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, FirePro and Sanitary (MEPFs)quality management activities by ensuring adherence to established plans and specifications, review of design & construction documents for compliance with codes, construction standards & owners project requirements. Conducting Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, FirePro and Sanitary (MEPFs)related inspection & testing, documentation of findings and issuance of non-compliance/non-conformance, preparation and updating punch list and close out process to ensure maintain adherence to established quality plans throughout its lifecycle .
COST Management:
Documentation, coordination and assistance cost claims & billing of mechanical, plumbing, FirePro & sanitary works to ensure timely resolution and approval of claims and billing.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
Leads and Support the review, planning and implementation of mechanical, plumbing, FirePro & sanitary construction documents, monitoring project progress, assist in supervising contractors and subcontractors, helps identify & resolve potential project issues & concerns, attends & conduct stakeholder meetings, and follow site safety and health programs in order to ensure timely, safe and quality completion and closeout of construction project.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
-Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
-Minimum of 5 years of related experience- License
-Must be PRC License Holder

-Knowledgeable in construction management software such as AutoCAD and Revit
-Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
-Preferably: Construction Occupational Safety and Health Training

Contract length: 10 months
Pay: Php38, Php45,000.00 per month
