Position Summary:
We are looking for a Plant Supervisor who will oversee the overall plant operations, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently, safely, and with consistent quality. The role requires a strong leader capable of managing both people and processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, and logistics.
- Ensure production schedules and output meet company standards and timelines.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance.
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Manage manpower allocation and ensure efficient workflow.
- Generate reports on plant performance and recommend operational improvements.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, discipline, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or any related field).
- At least 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or trading setup.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Knowledgeable in plant operations, process optimization, and safety protocols.
- Willing to be assigned in Potrero, Malabon City.
