- Provide real-time assistance to customers via chat regarding return requests and RMA-related concerns
- Guide customers through the return process, including eligibility checks, documentation, and shipping instructions
- Ensure all RMA requests are documented accurately and processed according to company policy
- Review and troubleshoot returned items to confirm defects before approving for RMA
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely updates on return statuses and replacements
- Address inquiries with a helpful and professional tone, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Monitor online feedback and reach out to customers on social platforms to resolve product or return issues
- Update eCommerce listings, including pricing adjustments and promotional offers, as needed
- Follow up with customers post-RMA to ensure their concerns were resolved to their satisfaction
