  • Provide real-time assistance to customers via chat regarding return requests and RMA-related concerns
  • Guide customers through the return process, including eligibility checks, documentation, and shipping instructions
  • Ensure all RMA requests are documented accurately and processed according to company policy
  • Review and troubleshoot returned items to confirm defects before approving for RMA
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely updates on return statuses and replacements
  • Address inquiries with a helpful and professional tone, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Monitor online feedback and reach out to customers on social platforms to resolve product or return issues
  • Update eCommerce listings, including pricing adjustments and promotional offers, as needed
  • Follow up with customers post-RMA to ensure their concerns were resolved to their satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Required)
