DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Player Assistance:

a. Provide timely and effective technical support to online slot machine

players through technical processes, such as account setup, payment

methods, and troubleshooting game-related issues.

  1. Issue Resolution:

a. Identify and analyze technical issues reported by players and provide

step-by-step solutions.

b. Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level support or

development teams as needed.

  1. Communication:

a. Communicate technical information in a clear and user-friendly manner,

ensuring players understand the resolution steps and preventive measures.

b. Keep players informed about the status of their reported issues and

estimated resolution times.

  1. Collaboration with T echnical T eams:

a. Collaborate with technical and development teams to relay player feedback

and assist in identifying patterns of technical issues.

b. Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new features

and technical aspects of online slot games.

  1. Data Analysis:

a. Analyze player support data to identify trends, recurring issues, and areas

for improvement.

b. Collaborate with technical teams to implement preventive measures based

on analysis.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  1. Educational Attainment: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information

Technology, or any related technical field/short term course (NC II related technical certification).

  1. Age: 22 to 30 years old.

  2. Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably within the online

gaming or casino industry.

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  2. Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues related to online platforms,

browsers, and mobile devices.

  1. Familiarity with online gaming regulations and responsible gaming practices.

  2. Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.

  3. Patience and empathy in dealing with player inquiries and technical frustrations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php19,000.00 per month
