Sales Representatives_ IT_Bahasa and Malay

We are looking for IT Sales Representative proficient in the following languages:

Scope:

IT Inside Sales Representative (IT ISR) - is at the heart of the sales process, specializing in selling IT products or services. They are responsible for developing and identifying potential clients, understanding customer needs, and presenting the solution. This task requires a blend of research, skilled communication, and strategic planning to maximize the impact of every interaction. In short, IT ISRs' main function is to close transactions and meet sales targets.

This role is for aggressive and tenacious IT Inside Sales Representatives responsible for working with prospects and closing business in a B2B type of sales engagement. It is a work-from-home position, full-time for three (3) months to a year.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Finding potential clients through various channels.
• Understanding customer needs and identifying potential sales opportunities through lead qualification.
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending information.
• Engaging clients through phone, email, and video calls to gauge their timelines, year ends, and budget seasons.
• Following up on timelines and customer requirements.
• Demonstrating products or services effectively.
• Staying informed about competing products
• Upselling products and services
• Negotiating and securing deals to meet or surpass sales goals.
• Keeping precise records of sales activities and client interactions within CRM systems.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in an outbound sales center or related position.
• Must have prospected in network hardware and software and /or cybersecurity products in an inside sales capacity.
• Basic understanding of the network.
• Basic understanding of Cybersecurity foundational practices.
• Must have used CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho.
• Must have been able to close net new IT sales in the past.
• Excellent Phone and cold calling skills.
• Must have Presentation Skills (English).
• Must be willing to work long hours.

Home Requirements:

• Suitable office space at home.
• Have your own laptop or computer (at least 16GB RAM and an Intel i5 core processor or equivalent).
• More than a stable internet connection for quick download/upload with at least 100 Mbps postpaid (must provide a screenshot of a speed test).

Work Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays 09AM to 5PM Singapore Time.
