Cadet Engineer

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree – Civil Engineering
• Licensed (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) – is advantage
• Internships or Summer Placements in civil engineering or construction
• MS office, AutoCAD
• Knowledge in reading construction plans
• Good in technical and communication skills
• Willing to be assigned in Brgy. Laguerta Calamba

JOB SUMMARY:

Cadet Engineer is responsible for monitoring and ensuring that Pad & Shell production is within the construction schedule, within budget and compliant to quality standards.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

CONSTRUCTION STAGE

• Directly responsible in the project execution.
• Ensure the quality of sub contractor works.
• Update PIC regarding all issues on site affecting time, cost, safety and quality.
• Update weekly Housing Accomplishment Report.
• Process sub – contractor's billings as per accomplishment (housing & land dev't).
• Assist sub-contractor for House Unit Inspection prior for PMD-COA.
• Administer in testing & commissioning of necessary housing components.
• Record & Monitor's payment to subcontractors.
