The Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager is responsible for the complete oversight and management of all food and beverage operations within the property. This includes restaurants, bars, catering services, room service, and any other dining or event venues offered by Tag Hotels and Resorts in Coron, Palawan.
Their core objective is to ensure the seamless and efficient delivery of F&B services, consistently providing high-quality customer experiences, and ultimately achieving financial targets.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Culinary Arts, or any related field. Relevant certifications are also a plus.
Proven experience (3-5+ years) in a supervisory or management role within a F&B operation.
Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and other relevant technologies.
Willing to be assigned in Coron, Palawan
