We are seeking a
Maintenance Planner
to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and managing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring minimal downtime to support efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize plant efficiency
- Utilize CMMS/SAP to monitor work orders and equipment history
- Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance to align schedules with production
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while driving continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
- 2–3 years of maintenance-related experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Training in industrial machinery, vibration analysis, and safety instruments
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CMMS/SAP systems
