Job description:

We are looking for a Marketing Officer to help plan and execute our brand's marketing activities and campaigns. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and have extensive knowledge of marketing principles and techniques, as well as experience in social media management.

Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation and development of both on-ground and online marketing strategies

Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness

Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print and etc.)

Ensure the completion of all activities and evaluate success using various metrics

Prepare content for the publication and distribution of marketing materials across all media platforms

Set up and manage company community pages to increase visibility online

Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video and etc.) to build online presence

Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth

Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

Additional duties may be assigned as needed

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification

Must have 3-5 years of background experience as a Marketing Officer (Supervisory Level)

Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles; good understanding of market research, statistical, and data analysis methods

Tech and social media savvy with an understanding of social media, web analytics, experience in Social Media Management, Website, and Content development.

Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

Fluent in English

Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Major in Marketing or any Business or Communication Arts related course.

Amenable to working onsite in Mandaluyong City,

Schedule will be Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
