The Successful ApplicantA successful Country Manager PH should have:MBA (from US school ideally) and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.10 years of Sales experience in high-performance operations networks within the retail and/or financial sectors.
Experience establishing and fostering strong relationships with potential partners and customers, within an in-depth understanding of the country environment. Strong presentation and communications skills, competent translating technical features into business value. Willingness to be deep in the details while also being able to create and communicate higher level strategy.
An entrepreneurial mindset is essential for this role along with change management skills necessary to guide teams through transitions. Fintech experience (nice to have)Corporate strategy or 0-1 experience in start-ups
