About the role

Bayanilife Inc. is seeking a dedicated Distribution Staff to join our team in Pangasinan, Ilocos Region. This full-time position is responsible for efficiently managing and coordinating the distribution of our products to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting in the planning and coordination of product distribution logistics
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles in a safe and organised manner
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and documentation
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any delivery-related issues
• Collaborating with the wider logistics team to identify and implement process improvements
• Ensuring all distribution activities adhere to relevant health, safety and compliance standards

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a distribution or warehouse role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to liaise with customers and colleagues
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and distribution-related software
• A team-player attitude and willingness to contribute to the wider logistics operations
• Certification in forklift operation or other relevant qualifications would be an advantage
