Selling Supervisor

Job Summary:

As a Selling Supervisor, you will lead a team of sales associates on the shop floor, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate with strong leadership potential and a passion for retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily floor operations and sales staff performance.
• Guide and motivate team members to achieve sales goals.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure products are well-stocked, clean, and attractively displayed.
• Conduct basic training for new employees on customer service and product knowledge.
• Assist with inventory control and coordinate with the receiving team.
• Monitor and report daily sales, feedback, and customer trends to management.
• Enforce company policies, health and safety standards, and store procedures.
• Support promotional events and in-store campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years of retail or sales experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership qualities and willingness to take initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer service.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
