● Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff during shifts

● Assign and delegate tasks to staff, and ensure a smooth flow of service operation

● Adjust and create working schedule for staff, monitor and anticipate peak hours and season

● In-charge of phone/ queries for orders for store needs and customers.

● Be able to report to Management for feedback, complaint and emergencies

● Be able to handle store technical concerns and oversee preventive maintenance schedules.

● Create reports for Management regarding store and company updates

● Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies

● Be able to learn and use POS System

● Ensure cleanliness of the shop

● Train and educate new hire
