What You'll Do?

Your day-to-day will be dynamic, focusing on keeping our accounts healthy and our clients informed. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Account Monitoring: Keeping a close eye on account statuses and validating balances in the PSC system.
  • Proactive Communication: Reaching out to clients via tele-collections to provide updates on their accounts and unpaid MAPs.
  • Customer Support: Being the go-to person for inquiries regarding outstanding balances, ensuring every client receives clear and helpful answers.
  • Team Collaboration: Keeping our superiors and collectors in the loop regarding urgent client concerns.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is organized and comfortable talking to people. Our ideal candidate has:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Commerce.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role (experience in financing is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • A residence or willingness to work in-person at our Rosario, Batangas office.
