Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.

· Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure performance and productivity.

· Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.

· Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts and audits.

· Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment.

· Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

· Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities using warehouse management systems (WMS).

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

· Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.

· Manage warehouse budget and control costs effectively.


Requirements:

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field (preferred).

· 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.

· Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.

Skills and Competencies:

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).

· Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

· Ability to multitask and work under pressure.


Working Conditions:

· Full-time position.

· May require occasional evening or weekend work to meet deadlines.

· Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment as needed.
