About the role

This is a full-time Sales Technician position at Silicon Valley Computer Group Phils Inc. in General Santos City, South Cotabato. As a Sales Technician, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales initiatives and delivering outstanding customer service. What you'll be doing

1. Actively engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored recommendations on the company's products and services

7. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives

1. Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing technical role, preferably within the technology or computer hardware/software industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build long-lasting relationships
3. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly understand and explain complex products and solutions
4. Demonstrated problem-solving and customer service skills
5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently
