QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least two (2) years in college, preferably in a medical-allied course.
• With clerical/administrative or hospital experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital systems an advantage
• Computer literate, detail-oriented, and organized
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Encode nurse's requisition of medicines, Supplies, and Diagnostic/Ancillary procedure for patients.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the ER/ward clinical staff.
• Provide reception duties, greeting patients and relatives and deals with queries.
• Responsible for ensuring that patient activities are recorded accurately and timely using patent information system.
• Provide a receptionist service for the ER/ward and medical staff appropriately and passing their queries on to an appropriate clinician when required.
• Ensuring that all office equipment is in working order.
• Transfer of patients using the correct channels to ensure no discharge delays due to transport unavailability.
• Assist in tagging for discharge patients in the bizbox.
• Assist in relaying laboratory reports or results to attending physicians and distribution of said documents/reports to nurses on duty.

Pay: From Php18,600.00 per month
