We are looking for Veterinarians who are eager to build their careers in poultry farm operations through our Pathway to Excellence Training Program. This role offers structured learning and on-site exposure designed to develop future leaders in animal health management, biosecurity, and farm operations.

The Management Trainee – Veterinarian will undergo intensive hands-on training and mentoring to prepare for leadership roles in live operations, focusing on poultry health, farm performance, and sustainable production practices.

• Licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)

• Strong interest in Poultry Production and animal health management
• Willing to stay on-site at assigned farm
• Highly motivated, responsible, and willing to be trained under structured programs
• Good leadership, analytical, and communication skills

• Assist in developing and implementing animal health and biosecurity programs within the poultry farm.
• Conduct regular farm inspections and assist in diagnosing and preventing poultry diseases.
• Support farm management in monitoring bird performance and health indicators.
• Participate in the Pathway to Excellence Training Program focusing on technical, operational, and leadership competencies.
• Collaborate with the production and veterinary teams to ensure optimal farm performance and compliance with company standards.
