Panel Beater

We are seeking a
qualified Panel Beater
with a minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in automotive body repair. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a positive, customer-focused attitude. This role is based in NSW, Australia, and we are looking for candidates who are ready to relocate within 6 months and become part of a family oriented team, contributing to our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform panel beating, body alignment, and repairs on a variety of vehicles.
• Remove and replace damaged panels and parts using appropriate techniques.
• Conduct welding, dent removal, and metal finishing to restore vehicles to manufacturer or insurance standards.
• Work with modern equipment and tools to ensure precision and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate repair records and follow workshop procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates and assist in mentoring apprentices when needed.
• Ensure safety standards are met and a clean, organized work environment is maintained.

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Panel Beater in a professional workshop.
• Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology (or equivalent qualification).
• Skilled in body alignment, dent repair, welding, and panel replacement.
• Strong understanding of repair standards and modern repair techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and customers.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Australia within 6 months.
