In this role, you will lead and manage the operational delivery of Consumer Banking, Corporate Banking, and Trade Finance products, driving efficient transaction processing, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and exceptional client service. What The Role Will Entail

  • Lead the development and execution of operational strategies across consumer, corporate, and trade finance segments to drive business alignment and growth.
  • Champion digital transformation and process optimization to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Establish and uphold governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee end-to-end transaction processing for loans and trade finance products, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and optimal resource allocation.
  • Strengthen internal controls and manage operational risks, coordinating with audit and compliance teams to address findings.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships, collaborating across teams and engaging with regulators to support seamless operations.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
  • A minimum of 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in banking operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
  • Demonstrated expertise in consumer banking, corporate banking, and trade finance operations, with deep knowledge of trade finance products and regulations including Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Documentary Collections, Trade Credit Insurance, Factoring, Forfaiting, Supply Chain Financing, Export Financing, and Structured Trade Finance
  • Possesses comprehensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks and operational risk management, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and robust internal controls.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading transformation and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic outcomes.
