As a Specialist,you will be in-charge of the following responsibilities:

QSCH Management

  • Support the Manager on Duty (MOD) with the organization of tasks and preparing all Front of House (FOH) Food Servers for the day's operations.
  • Ensure that all procedures for both opening and closing shift, including sanitation, inventory check and table-setting, are followed with proper endorsements as necessary.
  • Conduct a meticulous inspection of all finished products prior to serving guests, ensuring adherence to Shakey's product quality standards and delivery standards.
  • Provide attentive and efficient service in alignment with Shakey's standards. Service functions of the incumbent include, but are not limited to:

    a. Collaborate with all FOH Food Servers, especially during peak

    hours, to ensure that all guests are attended to promptly and

    effectively.

    b. Coordinate with the Product Quality Controller (PQC) to ensure

    that standard service time is met and ensure that proper food

    sequence is followed in serving the guests.

    c. Actively engage with guests through regular table visits to

    ensure an exceptional dining experience.

    d. Address guest concerns and complaints professionally and

    propose solutions in a timely manner, coordinating at all times

    with the MOD for any necessary actions.
  • Assist in the management of the dining area to ensure it is wellmaintained and meets the restaurant's cleanliness standards.
  • Maintain a positive work environment for the FOH team members and

    a hospitable attitude towards guests during each shift.

Sales Building

  • Assist in the monitoring of Food Servers on the introduction of promotions and promotion of hot items and new products to guests to ensure effective in-store advertisement of Shakey's products.
  • Develop enduring relationships and loyalty among guests. Conceptualize and recommend to MOD frequency programs such as bounce-back and loyalty programs to increase frequency of visits.
  • Increase average check of each transaction by working with Food Servers to execute techniques on suggestive selling, add-ons and upgrades.
  • Devise and recommend a program to encourage guests to bring more friends for each visit, thereby increasing party size.
  • Review the suggestive selling results of the store and provide suggestions to the MOD to address any variances or areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the reiteration and implementation of Local Store Marketing (LSM) and system-wide marketing plans through the FOH staff, and proposing incentive schemes to motivate sales efforts.

Profitability Building

  • Monitor the usage of FOH materials such as tissues, packaging materials for carry out transactions, and condiments to ensure efficient and cost effective use.
  • Monitor and support the efficient use of utilities, including the observance of rules on Fire up/Fire down schedules to optimize energy consumption.
  • Inform and remind the FOH Food Servers about high gross profit (GP) items and encourage their promotion to guests.

FOH Station Training

  • Assist the Management Team in holding and facilitating regular meetings for the whole delivery team for review of operations and results, lay out action plans, recognize performers, and updates on development and critical matters needing emphasis
  • Provide peer-to-peer guidance and support to Delivery team members in their duties. Offer constructive feedback to help improve performance.
  • Coordinate with the Team Leader for any concerns related to third party manpower support (Agency employees). Assist in the documentation and filing of complaints in cases of deviations and provide any needed support in the necessary processes.
  • Participate in the training and development programs for Delivery team members, aiming to enhance skills and knowledge, and contribute to their certification process in a supportive role.
  • Assist the Personnel KMS Manager in ensuring the completeness

Qualifications:

  • With at least 3-6 months experience in the food service industry as a Restaurant Staff
  • Preferably with Specialist Bootcamp
  • At least Second Year College (incoming 3rd year) or a Graduate of a Four Year Cours
