Duties and responsibilities:

· Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual).

· Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other government regulatory requirements.

· Supervise accounting operations including general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and treasury.

· Monitor and reconcile accounts to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records.

· Knowledgeable in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

· Implement strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.

· Lead, train, and develop accounting staff to ensure consistent standards across the group.

· Provide management with financial insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

· At least Bachelor degree in Accounting, CPA preferred but not required

· At least 6 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

· Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), taxation, and government compliance.

· Preferably with experience in a Hardware and Constructionset-up.

· Knowledgeable in accounting systems.

· Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

· High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
