Physical Therapist (PT) Role

A national rehabilitation clinic is hiring a
Physical Therapist (PT)
to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments or movement disorders. The PT will design and implement personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance function while collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver skilled therapy services and document patient progress.
• Supervise therapy assistants and aides.
• Ensure compliance with state laws, HIPAA, OSHA, and Medicare regulations.
• Maintain professional development through continuing education and CPR certification.
• Participate in meetings, marketing efforts, and operational improvements.

Qualifications:

• Degree from a
  CAPTE-accredited
  Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state PT license
  and CPR certification.
• Preferably experienced in
  outpatient physical therapy
  .
• Proficient in documentation systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Physically capable of assisting patients and performing therapy duties.
