We are a growing social media agency specialising in delivering high-quality, creative content for a wide range of clients, including estate agents, lifestyle brands, and professional services. We're looking for a talented and versatile Creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our team, bringing strong visual storytelling and design skills to the table.
The Role:

This is a dual-role position, combining video editing (primarily for estate agent content) and graphic design (across all our clients). You'll need to be adaptable, highly creative, and detail-oriented, with the ability to tailor your work to suit different brand styles and audiences.

**Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing (Estate Agent Content)

• Edit high-quality property videos that showcase homes in the best possible light.

• Use trending, mood-appropriate music to complement each property's style and atmosphere.

• Adapt editing style to match each estate agent's unique brand and tone.

• Ensure excellent visual flow, colour grading, transitions, and pacing.

• Deliver polished final videos within agreed timelines.

Graphic Design (All Clients)

• Design eye-catching, brand-aligned graphics for a diverse range of clients.

• Create fresh, informative social media content each month, tailored to each client's objectives.

• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while bringing new ideas to the table.

• Stay updated with design trends and best practices across social platforms.

• Manage multiple projects and client needs simultaneously with a high level of organisation.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in both video editing and graphic design.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating real estate video edits and varied graphic design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Will be happy with Final Cut pro or Davinci resolve

  • Excellent attention to detail and creative judgement.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• A good understanding of different brand voices and how to visually represent them.

• Knowledge of social media formats and content best practices.

**Work Details:

• USD 7 per hour

• 8 hours per day, UK hours 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
