The Plant Manager oversees all plant operations, manages the staff, coordinates supply chain activities, ensures quality control, enforces compliance, and handles administrative tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily plant operations and supervise staff performance to achieve plant goals.
  2. Develop, review, and implement Plant Systems following established policies and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with the Purchasing Team to efficiently manage supply and demand in the supply chain.
  4. Direct the Quality Control team in managing product acceptance, rejection, and rework processes.
  5. Ensure plant adherence to government regulations concerning operations, pollution control, and environmental standards (including LLDA and DENR).
  6. Lead administrative functions such as recruitment, employee discipline, training, development, and performance management across all departments.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related fields such as Biological Sciences or Food Sciences
  • 10 years of experience in Plant Management, particularly in food manufacturing operations
  • Strong expertise in management control systems including GMP, GLP, ISO, HACCP, and FSSC
