Looking for a detail-oriented Healthcare Claims Recovery Specialist to join our team and help nursing homes recover costs from insurance providers. The role involves analyzing billing statements, identifying improperly billed charges, filing claims or disputes, and maintaining accurate documentation. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and experience in medical billing or insurance recovery are essential. The position is remote, full-time, with a schedule of 4 PM - 12 AM EST (Monday-Friday).

Responsibilities:
- Analyze billing statements and service invoices from nursing home vendors.
- Identify charges that should have been covered by insurance or were improperly billed.
- Prepare and file insurance claims or disputes to recover overpaid amounts.
- Maintain accurate documentation of findings, submissions, and follow-ups.
- Communicate with insurance companies, vendors, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Track claim outcomes and support recovery reporting for clients.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in medical billing, healthcare claims, or insurance recovery.
- Strong understanding of long-term care billing and insurance coverage guidelines.
- Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and NCS
- Familiarity with EHR or billing platforms is a plus.
