In this full-time position based in Plaridel Bulacan, you will be a key member of our vibrant hospitality and tourism operation, delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the smooth running of our established restaurant.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly and professional demeanour
2. Taking orders and processing payments efficiently
3. Preparing and serving food and beverages to customers
4. Maintaining a clean and organised restaurant environment
5. Restocking and inventory management of food, beverages and supplies
6. Assisting with various other tasks to support the overall restaurant operations

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality or tourism industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers
3. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
4. Enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service
5. Good organisational and multitasking skills
6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
