Job SummaryGENERAL DESCRIPTION:This position is responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level support for customer agent support systems to resolve customer transaction issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in call center support activities, with strong SQL/PLSQL skills, Oracle utilities, SQL loader, and Unix skills as a definite plus. Responsibilities:Provide 1st level support for Agent Support Applications (Clarify/IVR/WEB/TAS) and other integrated platforms (RRP/BRM/RTR/POSA/MAX/PCRF).

Address issues reported by call centers and assist customers or representatives facing transaction problems. Support the in-house Agent Support system daily. Conduct proactive research and analysis on reported issues affecting customer-facing applications, leveraging technical expertise to help identify root causes and facilitate faster resolution.

Prepare status reports and perform administrative tasks as required. Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Good communication skills.

At least 1 year of experience with Oracle SQL.At least 1 year of experience with Oracle PL/SQL (preferred). Knowledge of Java, SOA, and Web Services (preferred). Knowledge of Unix-based operating systems (desirable).

Experience writing SQL queries in an RDBMS environment. Working knowledge of Clarify systems and testing/QA experience in the telecommunications area.
