We are looking for a high-energy, empathetic, and organized Customer Engagement Intern to join our team. You will be on the front lines, helping us build a community of daily users. You'll assist in streamlining our communication channels and ensuring every customer feels heard and valued.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Proactive Outreach: Conduct check-ins with new users to ensure smooth onboarding and gather initial feedback.
  • Community Support: Monitor and engage with customers across social media, email, and live chat to provide timely, helpful responses.
  • Feedback Synthesis: Weekly, categorize customer pain points and "wins" to report directly to the Product and Marketing teams.
  • Content Assistance: Help draft newsletters, FAQs, and "How-to" guides that simplify the customer journey.
  • CRM Management: Maintain clean and updated customer records to ensure personalized communication.

  • Communication Style: You write with warmth and clarity. You can turn a technical explanation into a friendly conversation.
  • Problem-Solver Mindset: You don't just report a problem; you suggest a fix.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with tools like sheets, canva is a big plus.
  • Empathy: You genuinely enjoy helping people and can stay calm and positive under pressure.
